CASA LAKE

From design concept to a fully realized home.

Casa Lake was an extensive residential project designed by Peruvian architect and interior designer Ondine Schvartzman and fully implemented and managed by Anahi Amilivia Design in Miami.

My role was to translate the original design vision into reality, overseeing every stage of the project on site — from the construction of walls and architectural modifications to custom millwork, finishes, lighting, installations, vendor coordination and the final placement of furniture and accessories.

The project required constant coordination between design, construction, suppliers and trades, ensuring that every detail remained faithful to the original concept while resolving the practical challenges that arise throughout the building process.

Beyond construction management, the goal was to deliver a truly finished home. Every element was coordinated through the final installation, styling and organization, so that when the clients arrived, they could simply open the door and begin living in the space they had envisioned.
