PINECREST RESIDENCE | PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION

From design vision to built reality.

For this residence, designed by Ondine Schvartzman, I was responsible for the complete project implementation and construction management, overseeing the execution from the initial construction stages through installation and final completion.

My role was to translate the designer’s vision into reality, coordinating contractors, trades, suppliers, materials, installations and on-site decisions while ensuring that every detail remained aligned with the original design intent.

Drawing on my experience in interior design, construction and project management, I supervised each phase of the process, resolving challenges on site and maintaining quality and consistency throughout the execution.

The result is a highly detailed residence where architecture, materials, custom elements, lighting, art and furnishings come together exactly as envisioned.
