CASA 2404 | AVENTURA, MIAMI

A complete transformation designed around the way a home is lived.

Located in the heart of Aventura, Miami, Casa 2404 underwent a complete renovation focused on creating a more open, connected and functional home.

We reimagined the original layout by opening the main living areas and integrating the kitchen, dining and social spaces, allowing natural light, movement and visual continuity to flow throughout the home.

The transformation extended to every bedroom and bathroom, with new materials, custom millwork, lighting and carefully considered storage. We also created a dedicated home cinema, adding a space designed specifically for relaxation and entertainment.

The result is a contemporary home where architecture, functionality and comfort work together — creating spaces that feel more open, organized and effortless to live in.

Because a well-designed home should not only look beautiful. It should make everyday life feel better.
